      1、 Set the opening method of Sogou browser to run this program as an administrator ：

                                               

      2、 Open Sogou browser , Show menu ——> Set up ：

                     

      3、 Set up Internet Options ：

                                                

      4、 Set up Internet Options ： Add blank web address , Then the allowed sites will display the URL to be set , After setting, reopen the browser .
