1. Enable... For entities 'Access Teams' function

Setting ->Customizations -> Customize the System Find the need to open Access Teams Functional entities , Choose Access Teams Check payment , preservation

2. Create a team template

Setting -> Security -> Access Team Templates

Click on New, Fill in the required information and have appropriate permissions , Then save

Notes:

• Above picture Entity Only enabled... Will be listed in the drop-down box of Access Teams Functional entities
• Each entity can only create two by default Access Team Templates （ notes ： This limit can be changed , I will talk about how to change in the next blog ）

3. To entity Form Add Team Template

Setting ->Customizations -> Customize the System Find the entity that needs to use the team template , We are here based on the team template For example , We just created team template yes Account The entity's ：

        1） stay Account Select what we want to add in the main form of the entity Form

         2） establish Subgrid And associated with Team Template

                2.1 stay Form Main form selection for Insert

                2.2 choice Sub-Grid

                        Entity From the drop-down list "Users"

                2.4 Save and publish

Notes:

• Access Team Template Does not export with its entities in the solution . The administrator needs to recreate the template when exporting an entity to another instance .
• Use Access Team Of user At least there needs to be that entity Read,Write, Delete, Append, Append To, Assign, Share Of user level Authority . Above us Account Entity as an example , If you want one user Can see you pass smoothly Access Team Give him the record , The following permissions are required , Otherwise in the initial Add User An error will be reported at this stage :
