JSON_EXTRACT返回不正确问题

json_extract函数用于直接取到数据库中的json值，返回值带双引号
json_unquote函数用于将双引号去掉。
示例：
sql中的substr函数：
SUBSTR(str, beg, len)
表示取字符串str从第beg个字符开始取长度为len的子字符串
注意beg从1开始！，而不是0
