蓝牙2.4G产品日本MIC认证的测试要求

由于2.4GHz是属于免执照使用的工科医(ISM)频段,因此它也是目前使用最广泛、最拥挤的一个频率范围,典型的2.4GHz产品有蓝牙(Bluetooth),WIFI,无绳电话,无线MIC等。这类产品申请日本MIC(也叫电波法或TELEC)认证所要求的具体测试。
MIC要求是日本针对无线产品而制定的强制性认证要求,其类似于国内针对无线产品的型号核准(SRRC)要求。它遵循的上位法是日本电波法。具体的测试规范则是遵循日本总务省(MIC)公告88号法规,测试规范的更新维护也是由日本总务省来进行。
其中针对2.4GHz蓝牙产品的具体标准为MIC No.88 Annex 43。以下根据标准而列出的应该考虑的具体测试项目,主要如下:
1、频率误差测试(FrequencyError Measurement);
2、耦合带宽/载频带宽测试(Occupied Bandwidth and Spread-spectrum Bandwidth / Factor);
3、杂散骚扰测试(UnwantedEmission Intensity Measurement);
4、天线功率误差测试(AntennaPower Error Measurement);
5、接收机杂散骚扰测试(Limitationof Collateral Emission of Receiver Measurement);
6、EIRP天线功率测试(TransmissionAntenna Gain (EIRP Antenna Power) Measurement);
7、3dB波瓣带宽测试(TransmissionRadiation Angle Width 3dB Bandwidth Measurement);
8、占空比测试(DutyCycle Measurement);
9、占用时间测试(retentiontime);
10、干扰防护和载波侦听(RadioInterference Prevention Capability & Carrier Sense Capability Measurement)。
在日本MIC认证中针对WIFI的2.4G要求,其具体测试项目其实也和蓝牙产品类似,但需要指出的是针对2.4GHz WiFi产品的14信道(Channel14:2471〜2497MHz),在日本TELEC认证中是需要单独使用Annex 44标准进行测试和出具报告的。
