Win10 display auto repair fails to boot normally

bcdboot c:\windows /l zh-cn

Press down enter Make the code effective
Then close the command prompt page , And restart the computer

6. stay Command line mode , Delete sys file

del c:\windows\system32\drivers\bootsafe64_ev.sys
