6月份，苹果公司向俄罗斯运送了智能手机和电脑产品，但这些设备将针对的是授权服务中心（ASC），只会用于在保修期内更换，不会在商店出售。前提是客户服务无法修复设备或客户延长了AppleCare+保险的情况下，这些库存才能够被动用。
莫斯科ASC证实，用获得的新产品更换损坏的设备的服务依然可以提供。但由于仓库中设备的可用性，保修期内的用户最慢可以在45天内收到更换的设备。
